About Us
T.G.F. Toys opened for business in 2004 and has been growing and providing customers with fun toys and collectibles ever since. We work hard every day to provide our customers with great customer service and products that they love. We stock over 10,000 items including toys, animal figures, games, puzzles, dolls and more in our warehouse located in Northern Utah. All items listed on our website are brand new and ship directly from our warehouse.
We are always adding new items to our ever growing selection of toys and collectibles. We feel that we have the largest selection of animal figure replicas on the planet and are always looking for more. We stock animal figures from brands such as Schleich, Safari Ltd, Bullyland, Papo, CollectA and more. But we stock more than just animal figures! We have a large and growing selection of action figures, dolls, games, plush and much, much more.
We always appreciate feedback from our customers and try to keep our customers updated on new products as well as special discounts and offers. General Shipping Information
We Ship Worldwide! We ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. Boxes, to APO/FPO U.S. Military Addresses, and to all International Addresses. Packages sent to Military and International addresses may be delayed by customs and subject to import taxes (which are beyond our control). If your address is a Military or an International Address without a postal code, you may have trouble logging into our website or completing an order. If any problems occur while placing an order or if you have questions additional questions about our shipping policies and information, please either email us at customerservice@tgftoys.com or call us during our normal business hours at 435-563-5227. All shipping rates listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept PayPal and mailed orders. Payment for mailed orders may be made via a personal check, credit card or money order. For more details concerning Mail Orders, please the information listed below.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline Information
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Large orders may require additional time to be processed. Buyers with orders requiring more than 24-72 hours to be processed may be contacted via email. Most orders received on Fridays and all orders received on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will not be processed until Monday. During Holidays and in the months of November and December, orders may require additional processing time. The US Postal Service is closed during most government holidays throughout the year; therefore, orders placed or shipped thru the USPS during this time may be delayed due to the current Holiday.

Standard Shipping & Handling Rates and Information
Our standard shipping & handling rates are based on the amount ordered. Standard shipping & handling will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground or via the US Postal Service. We encourage all buyers to supply a full street delivery address and PO Box (if applicable) when placing an order. Fed Ex Ground cannot deliver to a PO Box and the US Postal Service requires a PO Box for delivery (if applicable). Entering a complete shipping address when submitting an order will help expedite the processing of the order. Incomplete shipping addresses may delay the order until all necessary information has been gathered. Our Standard Shipping & Handling rates for delivery to the 48 contiguous United States are as follows:

Express Shipping & Handling Rates and Information
We offer Overnight and 2-Day Express Shipping & Handling for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Most express shipments ship via Fed Ex Express. Fed Ex Express does require a street address for delivery and cannot deliver to a PO Box. When selecting Express Shipping & Handling, we encourage buyers to add Special Instructions stating what date they need the order by which will help our warehouse when processing & shipping the order. Most orders ship within 24-48 business hours after being placed. The Express shipping option selected does not include the day the order ships; therefore Overnight or 2-Day Express orders will arrive the day after or 2 days after the order has shipped. Most shipping services do not operate over the weekend or holidays; therefore when selecting Overnight or 2-Day Express, please add additional processing & shipping time to your calculated "need by" date.
Example: If you place an order on a Thursday during a normal business week without holidays and select Fed Ex 2-Day Express as your shipping option, the order will ship on Friday with an estimated delivery day of Tuesday of the following week.
For Express Shipping & Handling rates, simply place items in your shopping cart and continue to the secure checkout screen. On the secure checkout screen, you will be able to view the different Express Shipping & Handling options available for your order before any payment information is required. Rates vary depending on the items ordered and the shipping address.
International Shipping & Handling Rates and Information
Shipping to International Addresses may require additional order processing time. International orders are shipped either via Fed Ex Express International or via the United States Postal Service. During the checkout, International customers will be offered a Standard Shipping & Handling rate and a Fed Ex Express International Shipping & Handling rate. Both rates are estimates and are based on the items ordered and the International shipping address. To view International Shipping & Handling estimated rates, simply place items in your shopping cart and continue to the secure checkout screen. On the secure checkout screen, you will be able to view the different International Shipping & Handling options available for your order before any payment information is required. Interntaional customers will be contacted before the order ships if additional shipping & handling is required for their order.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping & Handling Rates and Information
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional order processing time. Most orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii via Standard Shipping & Handling will be shipped via the US Postal Service. However, we still encourage all buyers to supply a full street delivery address and PO Box (if applicable) when placing an order. If the order is shipped via Fed Ex Ground or Express, Fed Ex cannot deliver to a PO Box. Entering a complete shipping address when submitting an order will help expedite the processing of the order. Incomplete shipping addresses may delay the order until all necessary information has been gathered. Our Standard Shipping & Handling rates for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii are as follows:

Free Shipping & Handling Information
T.G.F. Toys currently offers Free Shipping & Handling on orders being shipped to an address in the United States totaling $50.00 or more of merchandise (not including shipping & handling or any other promotional discounts) excluding all international Military addresses (APO, DPO, etc). Orders placed qualifying for the Free Shipping & Handling Offer will be shipped either via FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground or via the US Postal Service. No special requests for shipping & handling methods will be accepted when using the Free Shipping & Handling Offer. These shipping & handling methods take approximately 1 week or less for delivery within the 48 contiguous states but can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery if shipped via the US Postal Service. Alaska and Hawaii addresses can take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery. Please plan accordingly when using the Free Shipping & Handling Offer as T.G.F. Toys will not be held responsible for orders not delivered in time for Special Occasions such as Christmas because the order was not placed in a reasonable time for delivery. Orders must be placed on www.tgftoys.com, via phone, fax or email and meet the minimum order total requirement to receive this Free Shipping & Handling Offer. We're sorry, but this option is not available for International orders. Select items may not qualify for this offer. Items that do not qualify for this offer are specified in that items detailed description. This offer is void for orders returned using the Free Shipping & Handling option. Pre-Order Items
Items listed as Pre-Order will ship as soon as they arrive in stock. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item, the customer acknowledges that the item is not in stock at the time of purchase and that any other items purchased with the Pre-Order Item(s) will not ship until the Pre-Order Item is in stock. Each Pre-Order Item is listed with an estimated in stock/ship date. Please note that these dates are subject to change without notice. If a customer wishes to purchase other items with Pre-Order Items and want those items to ship immediately rather than waiting for the Pre-Order Item(s) to arrive in stock, we suggest that the customer places two separate orders - one for the Pre-Order Item(s) and another for the In Stock Items.
Drop Ship Items
Items listed as Drop Ship Items ship directly from the manufacture. Normally Drop Ship items ship in 2-3 weeks or less. After you purchase the Drop Ship Item, we contact the manufacture and have them ship the item directly to your home. The manufacture ships thru their normal ground shipping service not our service; therefore the selected shipping service that you select during check out may be different than the actual carrier service chosen by the manufacture. Express Shipping & Handling is not available on Drop Ship Items.

If your order is placed on or before the dates listed below for your destination and selected shipping & handling option, we will do our best to get your order delivered to you by December 25, 2012. *These Holiday Shipping Guidelines are based on dates provided to us by the USPS and Federal Express. In most cases, orders placed and shipped by these dates to destinations as listed above will be delivered on or before December 24, 2012; however these dates do not guarantee delivery before Christmas by T.G.F. Toys, the USPS nor Federal Express/Ground. Orders are shipped throughout the year including during the Christmas Holiday Season on a first received, first shipped basis. Most orders ship from T.G.F. Toys within 24-48 business hours after the order has been received (excluding mail orders, mailed payments, and pending PayPal payments); however, during the Christmas Holiday Season shipping preparation times can take longer. We encourage buyers to please be aware of the Holiday Shipping Calendar when selecting their shipping preference. We will make every effort possible to get your order shipped and delivered to you as soon as possible even if the order is placed after the dates listed above; however, please be aware that in past years inclement weather has delayed delivery of packages and required the USPS and Federal Express to temporarily shut down Distribution Centers.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges at T.G.F. Toys within 30 days of receiving your order. For returns and/or exchanges, please see the below guidelines. For additional questions, please email us at customerservice@tgftoys.com or call us at 435-563-5227.
When returning items:
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.
4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your email invoice/packing slip. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
5. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
6. T.G.F. Toys does not reimburse shipping on returned merchandise unless T.G.F. Toys made an error in shipping an incorrect item. C.O.D. Returns will not be accepted. Orders returned (including partial order returns) that were shipped using the Free Shipping & Handling option will void the Free Shipping & Handling offer and all Shipping & Handling costs associated with the shipment of the order will be deducted from the return's refund amount.

T.G.F. Toys Attn: Returns Department255 N 950 W Ste C19Logan, UT 843218. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used when placing the order. We do not issue check or money order refunds; therefore when returning items paid for with a check or money order, a store credit will issued to the customer for a future order.
When returning items for exchange:
1. All of the above statements concerning Returned Items apply to returned items for exchange with the addition of the following.
2. Please print out a copy of your order confirmation email and enclose a note with your return stating which items you would like to exchange the returned items for.
3. Additional shipping & handling will be charged for exchanges unless T.G.F. Toys made an error in shipping an incorrect item. If paying via credit card, the additional shipping & handling will be charged to the card used to place the order unless otherwise requested by the customer. If payment was made via Paypal, we will invoice the customer via PayPal for the additional shipping & handling before shipping the exchanged items. If paying via Personal Check or Money Order, please contact us before returning the items so that we can estimate your exchange shipping & handling and enclose that amount with your return payable to T.G.F. Toys.
4. When exchanging items for a higher priced item(s), please indicate if you would like the price difference to be charged to your credit card used when placing the order or enclose the price difference with the return made payable to T.G.F. Toys. When exchanging items for a lower priced item(s), a refund will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used when placing the order. We do not issue check or money order refunds; therefore when returning items paid for with a check or money order, a store credit will issued to the customer for a future order.
For orders that are damaged during shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise and/or process an insurance claim.

Mail Order - Payment Mailing Address
We accept Mail Orders and Phone Orders. To submit a Mail Order, please complete the order on our website and select "Mail Order" as the payment option during the checkout process. By submitting the Mail Order on our website before mailing your payment, you are notifying us of the items on your order so that the merchandise will be held for you until your payment has been received. If the Mail Order is not submitted on our website, the merchandise on order may not be in stock when the Mail Order is received.
All mailed payment must clear with our bank before the order will ship. The clearing time takes approximately 7-10 business days. Once the payment has cleared with our bank, the buyer will be notified that the order has shipped.
